In just two years, Christopher Newport University’s Ferguson Center for the Arts has become an international force, presenting the finest cultural attractions in the world. More than 300,000 people from throughout Hampton Roads and beyond have experienced over 150 stellar attractions in our acoustically-superb theatres.

World class means different things to different people. Our 2007-2008 Season features sixty phenomenal attractions from thirteen countries, representing sixteen genres. From the Broadway smash hit Movin’ Out to the refined elegance of the St. Petersburg Ballet, from rock icon Peter Frampton to classical icon Itzhak Perlman, from jazz legend Wynton Marsalis to Motown legend Gladys Knight, from country superstar Clint Black to funnyman Martin Short; our season truly has something for everyone.
