REFUNDS
There are no refunds.

EXCHANGES
If a patron is unable to attend a performance, they may, based on availability, exchange their tickets for seats to another performance during the current season. Some restrictions may apply. To exchange, tickets must be presented to the Ferguson Center Ticket Office at least two business days prior to the performance regardless of point of purchase. If the request is filled with tickets of a higher value, the difference will be charged. Lower priced tickets are not subject to credit or refund. There is a per ticket processing fee for exchanges. Series subscribers may exchange tickets up to one hour prior to the performance with no exchange fee. Exchanges are not available for rental events.

LOST/MISPLACED TICKETS
The Ferguson Center Ticket Office can reprint lost or misplaced tickets prior to the performance. There is a per ticket replacement fee.

TICKET DONATIONS
Unused tickets can be donated back to the Ferguson Center in the ninety minutes prior to the start of the performance. A letter acknowledging your gift in kind will be mailed for tax purposes.

CHILDREN
With the exception of specially designated family performances, all persons regardless of age must have a ticket for admittance into the theatre. Please carefully consider whether a performance is appropriate for children before planning to attend. Most performances are not appropriate for children under five. Should a child be unable to sit quietly in his/her seat throughout a performance, our ushers will request that the child be removed from the theatre. For family designated performances, children age one year and younger may be admitted to the theatre without a ticket, provided that they sit on an adult’s lap and do not occupy a seat. Please note that rental events not affiliated with the Ferguson Center may have a different lap seat policy. If you have questions regarding our policy or the appropriateness of a particular performance, please call the Ferguson Center Ticket Office at (757) 594-8752. Booster seats are not available.

LATE SEATING
For the consideration of the artists and our patrons, anyone arriving while a performance is in progress will be seated only at times designated by the artist and their management. Late arriving
patrons will be directed to remain outside the theatre until a designated seating time and may be directed to seats in the rear of the theatre until intermission.

CAMERAS & ELECTRONIC RECORDING DEVICES
While the Ferguson Center does not have a specific policy prohibiting cameras, many artists do. When an artist requests a “no camera” policy, our staff is legally required to enforce this on behalf of the artist. When in doubt, ask a member of House Management on the evening of the performance. The use of video or sound recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited
without the express written permission of the artist and the Ferguson Center.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
Parents and doctors are advised to leave their seating location (located on the ticket) and our emergency number, (757) 594-7053 with their sitter or service. House Management will be able to reach you in the event of an emergency.

LOST AND FOUND
To inquire about personal belongings that may have been left in the theatre, call the Ticket Office at (757) 594-8752.
